Ans. BK is a worldwide spiritual university, offering spiritual services through its about 8500 spiritual education centres in more than 100 countries, to the individuals to help them make their life better and meaningful by regular practice of Rajyoga meditation, churning spiritual knowledge, doing spiritual service and inculcating in themselves divine virtues such as love, honesty, compassion, cooperation, truthfulness, patience, respect for all etc.

Q.3. What BK has been doing to attain its aim n objective?
Ans. BK has been imparting spiritual and value based education through its various courses which include: Seven Days Basic Rajyoga Course, Stress Management & Leadership Course, Anger Management…….. The students here are taught to lead an easy and healthy life style by following certain basic spiritual principles.
Q.4. What is the fee structure for these courses?
Ans. All the courses are offered free of charge to the aspirants.
Q.5. How can one start a particular course? Is there any prior registration necessary? What are the timings as well as duration of these courses?
Ans. For initiating a particular course, one would have to visit the local BK center. Though usually there is no official registration necessary for these courses, yet a prior acceptance of date and timings is to be obtained from the particular center-in charge sister. All the courses normally have duration of an hour in a day for 7-10 days. Usual timings at the Centres are 08-12 in the morning and 05-08 in the evening.
Q.6. Once an individual has completed a particular course, what is the next option, available to him?
Ans. As all the courses given by BK include teaching of Rajyoga meditation, one can practice this meditation on regular basis on his own or he can regularly visit the local centers in the evening from 6.30 to 7.30 for collective meditation and in the morning at 7.00 am for spiritual education class.
